Deluxe room was inviting and fairly quiet had hypoallergenic pillows. A terrace and a balcony were perfect. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, offered exceptional services. The hotel was absolutely fabulous and in a central location short walk to the extensive gardens, the garden area outside and main train station and historic center of Sintra.

Liked my excellent stay mainly because of the amazing staff and service. Had essentials needed in the deluxe king room, including a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. Booked it for £ 96.

beautiful hotel but needs a bit more attention
The fine views of the lush gardens were amazing every morning. The staff's willingness to accommodate my dietary restrictions impressed me, especially the delicious olive oil with my breakfast. One evening, we enjoyed a captivating Fado performance that enhanced our stay tremendously. The city view from our room.
The garden and pool area seemed to need some maintenance.

The breakfast featured a variety of eggs, pastries, and fruits, served in a cozy dining room. Lovely marble bathrooms complemented spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed amazing views of the Moorish Castle and surrounding hills. Each evening, we indulged in wine and cheese tastings. The magician was a surprising touch that entertained us wonderfully.

The heated pool with fine views and relaxing garden area. The only downside was that the bathroom layout was a bit quirky, but it didn't take away from the charm of the place 🌟

The suite with a garden view was spacious and charming. Breakfast with views of the castle was magical. Pro tip, use Uber to visit the nearby attractions, as parking can be tricky.

The Family Suite was super spacious and elegantly decorated! The marble bathroom was particularly excellent, and I loved having a garden view to wake up to. The beds were really comfortable, and there were nice touches like fresh fruit and local wine in the room. Definitely. Just, there could have been a better seating arrangement on the terrace for enjoying the view comfortably.

The staff were very good, preparing breakfast for our early departure. We loved exploring the nearby aquarium and the beautifully restored house from the 1890s. The cozy atmosphere and complimentary drinks.
On the downside, the garden and pool area needed some maintenance, as we noticed some dirt and mould.

The charming decor of Marmoris Palace reminded me of stepping into a fairytale, with good peacocks roaming the grounds and the lush gardens designed for leisurely strolls. The staff were accommodating.
More accessible seating throughout the hotel would be helpful.

A hidden gem in the garden
Waking up to fine views of peacocks and beautiful gardens was a daily highlight! The complimentary wine and cheese night felt so special and personal.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't quite reach the second room. It was good.
