the location was marvellous and stunning, at a moderate distance from a cultural center. 2. the area was charming adjacent to the garden, the main train station, and the hike to the Palace. 3. Wake-up service, available in my deluxe king room, was a nice bonus. 4. the bedroom was large. 5. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Liked my excellent stay mainly because of the amazing staff and service. Had essentials needed in the deluxe king room, including a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. Booked it for £ 96.

Deluxe room was inviting and fairly quiet had hypoallergenic pillows. A terrace and a balcony were perfect. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, offered exceptional services. The hotel was absolutely fabulous and in a central location short walk to the extensive gardens, the garden area outside and main train station and historic center of Sintra.

Everything was first-class with a nice size and well-appointed rooms. Booked a room with picturesque views of the moorish castle. The people were really helpful and incredibly attentive, will exceed the expectations;)))

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and outstanding with great products. the location is gorgeous, right by a lovely walking path through trees and gardens, tourist attractions, and transportation stops. - the personnel were very welcoming and ready to help.

The staff here were always helpful, friendly, and knew what they were doing, making our breakfasts a great experience with lots of choices.

The super-friendly and affable staff made the experience amazing. the location was central, right by Sintra's historical center and the center of town. - It was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Restaurante Metamorphosis, where I ate a couple of times.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, making for a wonderful stay. the hotel's location is great, right next to the Sintra Museum of Modern Art. - It's just a short walk to restaurants, breakfast spots, the town hall, and beautiful gardens.

The room was pretty quiet and had all the things you need like a hair dryer, bathrobes, and slippers, which was great. the staff was all very nice and helpful. 😊

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful tips and recommendations during our stay. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast served in the dining room, with a special view of the surrounding area. the hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to the center of town and explore the local attractions.

The shower in our room was quite slippery and awkward to navigate, as it was located in a Jacuzzi tub. This made it a bit challenging to shower comfortably.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, close to the forest, train station, and old town. the room I stayed in was well-appointed and had a brand-new marble bathroom.
